i watched how briggs disrepected klitschko before the match and he deserved that beating. after the fight he spent 12 days in the hospital, with a broken nose, and a broken orbital bone! TOTAL DEMOLITION!

I didnt have a dog in this fight, but Froch fought like shit, looked like shit all night, got hurt early and never really recovered and was outboxed, outpunched and outclassed the whole fight. The decision was was as ridiculous as the scoring. The whole thing was a black eye for pro boxing. Id call it joke, but jokes are supposed to be funny.

It was a KD, After all Judges are just humans. As humans we all make mistakes regardlesss of color of the skin. We are s,,,,,,after all.

My take: it's _very_ obvious that Lorenzo used the technical foul of a glancing shot of the top of his head when he was hunched over with both knees on the canvas as a way to flat-out give up. He was already doing as much in the corner collapsing to his knees at the end while Soto marched in not even throwing anything. It should have been a one-point deduction for the foul, and then if he can't continue either from the cuts or the accumulated punishment (TKO), NOT from the glancing foul. Plus Emmanuel Steward is right, when a guy is continually squatting and leaning forward during the fight and then takes a knee, it's _very_ difficult to see that and provide the restraint needed to stop throwing, especially when the ref has shown to be indecisive in the fight. A guy a knee on the canvas still has his head at your waist. In the heat of the moment you may think he could just be SQUATTING, and then come up and blast you. It's not like if a guy is on knees AND HANDS, or flat-out on his face or back. THAT'S hitting a guy when he's down. An egregious foul worthy of DQ. A knee down is a signal to THE REF to "save my ass". You do it and you cover up. Who should be there immediately with hands on the arms of the attacker. So leniency should be given in that instance. A ref with good judgment will display that.

Bruno shook both Tyson and Lewis. Bruno is a unit, and a very nice guy. For sure Tyson and Lewis got there but only just. Bruno is an under- rated heavyweight.

Looking at how successful Peden was fighting Campbell inside you would think Juan Diaz could handle Campbell with his style and attributes. The Diaz fight came 3 years later and 5 pounds heavier but Campbell had all kinds of trouble handling Peden inside.

Raheem was holding the back of the head, but I don't think he was actually pulling down on it. You can't deduct points for that. The ref was horrible.
